The stainless steel plate has a smooth surface, high plasticity, toughness and mechanical strength, and is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkaline gases, solutions and other media. It is an alloy steel that is not easy to rust.
Hot Rolled Sheet: Hot rolled sheets are the most commercially viable choice on the market. They are factory produced and made to grade and then shipped out immediately. These are for quick production jobs or people going for the rustic look.
Cold Rolled Sheet: Cold Rolled steel sheets are going to be the most refined versions. They will have a thinner presence while still being just as durable and we have plenty of finishes that can be applied to stainless sheets. Stainless sheets can even be buffed to a mirror shine for the resilience of plate but with the appearance of a mirror.

About surface treatment,it is the most important part.For the cold rolled surface is 2B,Hot rolled regular surface is No.1.Because the process is different and the application industry is different, their surface treatment requirements are also different. For cold-rolled plate, the base surface is 2B. Many customers are in the decoration industry, such as hotel decoration, so they have very high requirements on the surface treatment. Generally they will choose BA, HL, 8K, gold and other colors.Please check following picture as reference.
